6 months in the freezer. 2 weeks once defrosted and kept in the fridge. 

'Ulu is the Hawaiian word for breadfruit.  Breadfruit is a starchy tropical fruit grow around the world. They are 1-4lbs on average and there are many varieties. Trees can grow up to 40-50 feet. 

They taste best if eaten within 6 months.  The best by date is located on the back of the package. Store in a cool dry place.

YES! Right when you get your hummus please put it directly into the freezer.  Its good there for 6 months.  Once ready to eat, pull one out and let it defroast in the fridge.  It will then be good for 2 weeks.

All of the fruit we use are from small farmers on the Island of Oahu and sometimes the Big Island of Hawaii.  The farmers deliver their fruit straight to our production site in Honolulu, and everything is made and packaged all right here.

Yes, the fruit is naturaly high in low-medium glycemic index complex carbs.

We ship out Tuesday-Thursday. So if you order on Thursday or later, your order will be shipped out next Tuesday.  All orders take 1-2 days to arrive once shipped. 

We do not take returns of Hawaiian Hummus.  We will take returns of 'Ulu Chips.  Please see the shipping page for more info.
