Starting as a college side project a decade ago, Manoa Chocolate has grown into one of the largest craft chocolate makers in the US! They practice bean-to-bar production, taking only the finest dried beans and producing them into chocolate, all under one roof. These beans are sourced from Hawaii and farmers around the world paying them quality prices for their cacao. All of this is done at their beautiful facility in Kailua Oahu!





Manoa Chocolate produces many award winning bars such as:
70% Mililani Oahu Island Hawaiian chocolate:   After only a few months of being available, this bar has won multiple awards, including gold for Best Dark Chocolate at the prestigious Chocolate Alliance Awards
70% Ko'olaupoko Oahu Island Hawaiian chocolate:2019 International chocolate awards winner.
70% Hawaii Island Hawaiian chocolate Bar: This bar has won multiple awards, including best tasting bar at one of the largest chocolate festivals in the world - the 2017 Salon Du Chocola.
69% Goat milk bar: Won an award at the 2017 North West Chocolate Festival.

They have even planted their own cacao orchard on a 1 acre lot in Waimanalo on Oahu island. There are about 139 trees and they produced just enough fruit for Manoa Chocolate to create one batch Waimanalo chocolate bars. Very cool!
