    A very nice and tasteful local snack

    Ulu, is nice and nourishing local food, green in color and tastes somewhat like sweet potato but less sweet. You can boil or steam it to eat. It's packed with vitamins like C, potassium, magnesium and vitamin B. It has been a nourishing staple crop for Polynesians for centuries. Now Ulu Mana Inc. has made it into nice chips, a very good try and good snack, especially for visitors to take home from Hawaii as something unique of Hawaii.
